Step 1: Using the Shopping BasketYou can order quickly and easily through Syren.com.
- To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply select size and color (if appropriate) and then click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to buy.
- To remove an item from your cart, click the "Delete" button. Your Syren cart will automatically recalculate your subtotal.
- To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and click "Update Cart."
- If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, follow the "Forgotten Password" instructions on the login page.
- If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your e-mail address (login) and password before completing the checkout process. Click here to register.
Step 2: Shipping Address
- Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
- You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.
Step 3: Shipping and Packaging
- After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
- You have the option of choosing an elegant gift box or an exclusive black satchel, our gift to you for shopping with us. Just select the option that best fits your needs.
- If you're sending a gift, be sure to check the box marked "Gift Order." This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for your order.
Step 4: Payment Information
- You can store multiple credit cards to use for your Syren.com purchase. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.
- If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.
Step 5: Order Confirmation
- Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order Now."
- If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
- Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Place Order Now."
